light-hearted comedy, The Importance of Being Earnest is
a witty romp set in turn-of-the-century England featuring puns and pointed
social commentary on the foibles of high society, relationships between men and
women, and society in general.

The performance is free to all and takes
place at the Playhouse, 12 South Church St., Schenectady, on Saturday,
January 5, 2008, at 2:30 P.M., which is a change from the originally publicized
