of 2009,<BR>A Cat-aclysmic Event of City-Wide Proportions!</FONT></STRONG></EM>

<P>Big cats and little cats, all strutting their newly acquired artistic coats,
will leap onto the Albany art scene. Colorful or fanciful, witty or winsome,
funny or romantic - a variety of styles and palettes will be displayed on the
streets and in the stores of Albany. There will be special events throughout the
summer to <EM>purr</EM>petuate interest. The finale will be a grand gala and
auction of the cats. </P>
<P><STRONG><EM>Why did Whiskers start the Capital Cats project?</EM></STRONG>

Capital Region
