and directors do not share a common vision for a production, it results in
uneven performances, unclear plots, and confused audience members who make vague
compliments out of a sense of obligation. When a production team is unified in
telling the same story with the same objectives, it results in a gripping show
that leaves spectators speechless. Join professional actor/arts educator Ward
Dales for a workshop designed to help all members of the production team focus
their vision so that the playwright's story is told as it was intended. Through
hands-on activities, participants will learn basic yet powerful skills in script
analysis, team empowerment and creative vision. Actors, directors and designers
