When a Prince and Princess are to be married, the Prince always slays a dragon
to save the Princess. It's Tradition! But this dragon is the last dragon, with
no interest in eating Princesses. And the Princess can handle a sword better
than any Prince around… perhaps it's the dragon that needs to be saved,
not the Princess? Our adaptation is a whimsical take which serves a catalyst
for discussion about the value of, and reasons for, traditions, with some
wonder and laughter along the way.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

color="#444444" face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt;
color:#444444'> It’s a brand new Steamer No. 10
Kids’ Fare Production, based on Edith Nesbitt’s charming short
story <i><span style='font-style:italic'>The Last of the Dragons</span></i>. </span></font>Ric
Chesser’s adaptation has been developed in rehearsal by director Eric
Rose and cast members Suzie Dunn, Jayton London, and <span lang=EN>Heidi
Nathanielsz</span>. The Dragon has been constructed by sculptor and mask
maker Jeff Brower. The show runs approximately 35 minutes and is followed by a
brief demonstration of the dragon puppetry.<o:p></o:p></p>
