<span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: Helvetica; "><span>         </span>Harold Pinter was one of the most acclaimed dramatists of the twentieth century, and his works include THE HOMECOMING, THE CARETAKER, BETRAYAL, and OLD TIMES. THE HOTHOUSE was written in 1958, then shelved, and finally produced in 1980 under Pinter’s own direction. In 2005 he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature. Pinter died in 2008.<span>  </span></span></p>
