<P align=left>Artist-in-Residence with the Theatre Institute at Sage.</P>
<P align=left>She is the former Theatre Arts School and Intern Program</P>
<P align=left>Director at the New York State Theatre Institute and</P>
<P align=left>adjunct professor at The Sage Colleges.</P></B></FONT></FONT><FONT size=1 face=Univers-CondensedLight><FONT size=1 face=Univers-CondensedLight>
<P align=left>Ms. Melita is a NYS Certified Teacher in Theatre Arts, holds an</P>
<P align=left>M.A. in Educational Theatre from New York University and a</P>
<P align=left>MBA from the University at Albany (anticipated May 2011). She</P>
<P align=left>has performed in professional, community and college theatre</P>
<P>productions for more than 30 years.</P></FONT></FONT><BR></DIV></BODY></HTML>
