12.0pt'>On Friday evening November 11, 2011 the Steamer No.10 Theatre held the
first Capital Region Teen Talent Contest. Sixteen acts were featured,
including a band covering a Nirvana song, singers, comedians, and magicians.
The contest was judged by three local professional performers who had the
incredibly difficult task of rating each act and putting down comments so that
each act could use the experience to improve their performance. There were cash
prizes for the top three acts and the winner will join the judge’s panel
