RABBIT HOLE by David Lindsay-Abaire, directed by John Romeo</span><span style="font-family:'Lucida Grande'">. </span></p>
<p class="" style="margin-left:31.5pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:'Lucida Grande'"> Performances are Friday October 18 at
8:00 pm; Saturday October 19 at 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm: and Sunday October 20 at
3:00 pm at Steamer 10 Theater, 500 Western Avenue in Albany. Admission is free.</span></p>
<p class="" style="margin-left:31.5pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:'Lucida Grande';color:rgb(38,38,38)"> This
lyrical drama tells a story of loss, heartbreak, and forgiveness—revealed
through daily moments and emotional hurdles—as a family moves on after the
accidental death of their four-year-old son. Laced with wit, insightfulness and
compassion, the play won the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. In his New York
Times review, Ben Brantley wrote, “This anatomy of grief taps a reservoir of
feelings common to anyone who has experienced the vacuum left by a death in the
family.”</span><span style="font-family:'Lucida Grande'"></span></p>
<p class="" style="margin-left:31.5pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:'Lucida Grande'"> Playwright </span><span style="font-family:'Lucida Grande';color:rgb(38,38,38)">David
Lindsay-Abaire was the 2012 recipient of the Horton Foote Prize for outstanding
new American play for GOOD PEOPLE. Among his other plays are FUDDY MEARS,
WONDER OF THE WORLD, and KIMBERLY AKIMBO. He also wrote the book and lyrics for
the musical SHREK.</span></p>
<p class="" style="margin-left:31.5pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:0.5in;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:'Lucida Grande'">Director John Romeo, a <span style="color:rgb(38,38,38)">long-time
stage actor, and former company member of the NYS Theatre Institute,</span>
recently directed “Sight Unseen” for Theater Voices and appeared on stage in
last season’s productions of “The Timekeepers” and “Little Foxes.” </span></p>
<p class="" style="margin-left:31.5pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:'Lucida Grande'"> The cast includes Kathleen Carey,
Heidi Philipsen, Greg Borucki, Mairin Quinn, and Aaron Steck.</span></p>
