The award-winning Theatre Company at Hubbard Hall (TCHH) will present Shakespeare’s
<i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">King Lear</i>, widely-regarded as the
greatest tragic drama ever written, February 27 – March 23.</span></div>

Britain, the title character descends into madness after dividing his estate
between Goneril and Regan, the two daughters who flatter him, while
disinheriting Cordelia, the daughter who truly loves him. The role of Lear has
been coveted and played by many of the world's most accomplished actors, and no
less an observer than George Bernard Shaw said, “No man will ever write a
better tragedy than <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Lear</i>.”</span></div>

Plunkett as Regan, Gino Costabile as Edmund, Doug Ryan as Gloucester, John
