1921. Aram and his young mail-order bride Seta are Armenians living in
Milwaukee in the 1920s.  Both are
survivors of the killings and mass deportations that took place in the Ottoman
Empire while World War I raged in Europe. 
When a street boy comes into their lives, the scars they bear—both
psychic and physical—are forced into the open. 
With deep humanity, gentle humor and unexpected twists, this
award-winning play ultimately offers hope, and the promise of redemption.</span></p>
