Skills that will be taught include building a cut, face painting, and adding highlights and shadows.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:.5in;line-height:150%'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Tw Cen MT","sans-serif"'>Ms. Dugan is thrilled to be a HMT for this workshop. "Makeup is truly transformative.
