Jazz Dance Class for Adults at Albany Dance and Fitness!

 

Alignment, fundamentals, and the dance combinations you love to dance! Join
us for Jazz Class with Maureen at Albany Dance and Fitness in our welcoming,
judgement-free, focused class community. 

 

This is a technique class based on classical jazz tradition. We love
welcoming you back to class when you've been out of dance training for.
let's say a while. And psssst.  Ballet dancers, you'll recognize vocabulary
and structure of the class. You've got this. Actors and singers, strengthen
your capacity for embodying your characters and energizing your song
delivery through dance training.
