The project is being produced with the creative minds of Living Sound Entertainment, Independent Artists Collaborative and <SPAN>EWfilm</SPAN>. This project is a short of an even bigger project.</P>

<P>Dani: </B>Female lead, mid-late 20s. Dani is a strong character, with a youthful vulnerability. Think Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She can hold her own in the face of adversity, but it always impacts her emotionally, though she almost always is able to contain it. She’s the lead investigator of a group of four ghost hunters and fearlessly takes them into haunted locations. Her interest in the paranormal stems from losing her father at a young age. He has visited her from time to time, and she is yearning to prove that there is life after death and that these "visits" aren’t a psychological phenomenon. Dani rarely gets scared on ghost hunts, but rather views them as scientific experiments that need to be understood.</P><B>
<P>Bret: </B>Supporting male, mid-late 20s. Bret is the science guy in the group of ghost hunters. Everything to him has an explanation, and once those explanations are understood, sense can be made of the universe. He has little interpersonal skills. He’s a cool geek – the kind of guy that can figure out anything. He’s definitely not a nerd (yes, there is a difference). Bret’s conversations are primarily with Dani because she is the leader and he sees their operation as scientifically based, therefore, he doesn’t need friends – least of all, Lenny and Landon.</P><B>
<P>Lenny: </B>Supporting male, late 20s-early 30s. Lenny is the oldest member of the ghost hunting team. He’s the muscle – a tall, athletic guy who’s job is primarily to haul and setup the equipment. He runs the camera and is responsible for analyzing the data. Lenny is a lady’s man and is always on the prowl. A smart ass who always speaks his mind, he usually has run-ins with Bret. He respects Dani, but at most there is only friendship between them because they just so happen to work together. Lenny views Landon as the little brother he never had, and often picks on him.</P><B>
<P>Landon: </B>Supporting male, mid 20s. Landon is the youngest and most inexperienced of the group. He is in charge of capturing audio and analyzes the data with Lenny, which is why Lenny and Landon spend the most time together than the others of the group. Sometimes, it takes days to analyze all the data, and Lenny and Landon are stuck doing it. Landon secretly has a huge crush on Dani, so his interactions with her are attempts to play it cool, which often end up blowing up in his face. He makes a fool of himself often, and really shows his young age. He is also spooked very easily when on ghost hunts.</P><B>
<P>Drake Stratta: </B>Main male lead, 40s. Drake Stratta is a wealthy man who owns the house that is the focus of this film. His wife was murdered in the house several years ago, and he was the first (and only) suspect. Not having enough hard evidence for a conviction, Drake was not sent to jail but the townspeople all believe he is the culprit. Everywhere he goes in town, he is the target of sneers and accusations, so he usually hides himself away. He has moved out of the house he shared with his wife because he can’t bare to live there without her. Rumor is, he moved out because it’s haunted by her spirit as well as the spirit of a young girl (JESSICA) who was murdered in the house the same night as his wife, FRANCESCA. Drake is a distinguished older man who doesn’t show all of his cards. He tells the ghost hunters what he feels they need to know. His motivation is to prove that the house isn’t haunted so that the townspeople will leave him
alone at last. They are a superstitious type – it’s a typical small town. Drake becomes the father figure for Dani, whose journey is the finally have closure for the death of her father.</P><B>
<P>Robert: </B>Minor character, 50s-60s. College administrator. Robert works with Sandra at the local college, which is funding the ghost hunters’ paranormal research. They are about to pull the funding because the ghost hunters have failed to prove much of anything for quite a while.</P><B>
<P>Sandra: </B>Minor character, 50s-60s. College administrator. Sandra works with Robert (see description above).</P><B>
<P>Reporter: </B>Minor character. Character is non-descript, other than he/she must be at least in their 30s.</P><B><I>
