Gerald,  Lucy, and Minka are all murderers, residents of the Riddle Key <br>
Retirement  Community in Florida. That they committed murder is not in question, <br>
but as for  why...  In the slightly askew  imagination of playwright Jeffrey <br>
Hatcher (Tuesdays  with Morrie)  wickedness turns up in unlikely guises. As the <br>
body count rises, the homicidal  humor disguises an intriguing bit of <br>
subversion: the idea that some people might  deserve to be taken out. Hatcher’s keen <br>
sense of the ridiculous thrives among  the golf carts, cul de sacs and cocktail <br>
parties in this ultimately charming,  and very funny, evening of crime. <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><br>
</font><br>
Murderers  will be directed by Barry Corlew.  The script, largely three <br>
monologues played without intermission, calls  for strong actors able to memorize a <br>
considerable amount of material and capable  of performing solo. The <br>
characters are: <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><br>

</font>GERALD  - mid 30's to early 40's.  Looks  good in a tux! Marries his <br>
mother-in-law, Spiff (it was her idea). “...because  she's dying....and gee...all that <br>
inheritance stuff will be  easier! <br>

</font>LUCY  - "adorable" housewife. Actress needs to be able to play 70-75.  Oh my, <br>
what to do with  Margaret Faydle (trollop with a hat)? More importantly, what <br>
does one do  with Lucy's wandering husband? <br>

</font>MINKA  - pleasant woman, 40's.  Latino  look.  Riddle Key's members office  <br>
'go to gal'. ..and conscience! ..."oh my....these people have got to go....look <br>
 what they did!!" <br>
