<DIV>I regret to inform you that Warren May, a board member at Colonial Little 

Theater in Johnstown, and father to Capital District actress and director, 

Debbie May, passed away from a heart attack this weekend.  The family was 

visiting relatives in Cape Cod when he was taken ill.  The family is 

now traveling back to New York.  Arrangements are pending at this 

time.  As soon as more information is available, I will post it.</DIV>
