playing between 9:00 and 10:00 PM)</FONT></P></B></FONT>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=3>Vapor Nightclub and Palio (Vapor Nightclub’s
advertising agency) will be conducting a photo shoot for an upcoming Vapor
advertising campaign. The shoot will be held on Friday, January 23, 2009 from
4:00 to 10:00 PM.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial><FONT size=3>We are looking for male and female models
3<SPAN class=070040217-19012009>0</SPAN>-50 years old who are attractive and
fit<SPAN class=070040217-19012009>.</SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial><FONT size=3>We will be photographing 10 to 12 people in
various groupings and locations around the nightclub and the outside
entrance<SPAN class=070040217-19012009>.</SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=3>You <U>must </U>be available on Friday, January 23,
2009 from 4:00 to 10:00 PM. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=3>If you are chosen as a participant you will be
contacted with additional details about the shoot by <SPAN
class=070040217-19012009>Wednes</SPAN>day, January 2<SPAN
class=070040217-19012009>1</SPAN>, 2009 via e-mail and/or a phone
call.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=3>Compensation for the shoot includes $50 (cash), and
dinner and 2 free beverages (that must be redeemed the night of the shoot). A
model release form must be read and signed before you participate. Your
acceptance of the fee and your signature on the release form will give us full
rights to use your likeness on any or all Vapor Nightclub advertising materials
indefinitely.</FONT></P>
