5:00pm - 8:00pm<BR>
<BR>
Please prepare 32 bars of standard Broadway song. Must sing with piano accompaniment.<BR>
Bring sheet music and picture of yourself.<BR>
<BR>
Rehearsals for the production will begin in September 2009.<BR>
Rehearsals will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.<BR>

</U>Dorothy Gale - wistful, spunky, warm-hearted farm girl <BR>
Professor Marvel/The Wizard - carnival showman and wizard; well-meaning, old man<BR>
Hunk/Scarecrow - farmhand/brainless scarecrow <BR>
Zeke/Cowardly Lion - farmhand/lion, afraid of own shadow <BR>
Hickory/Tin Woodman - handyman/kind, heartless tin man <BR>
Glinda, the Good Witch - sweet, helpful, good witch <BR>
Miss Gulch/Wicked Witch of the West - nasty neighbor/mean witch<BR>
Uncle Henry - Kansas farmer, Dorothy's kindly uncle<BR>
Aunt Em - farm wife, Dorothy's caring aunt<BR>
Toto - Dorothy's small dog<BR>
Munchkins - little people <BR>
Singing/Dancing Ensemble - The People of Oz, Winkies (Witch's guards), trees and others<BR>

C-R Kids — a resident youth acting company that offers a total theatre experience to its members. A total theatre experience means that all C-R Kids have opportunities within to act, sing, dance, direct, design, stage manage, choreograph, run lights and sound, backstage crew, box office, concessions, and marketing. There's an abundance of possibilities for kids to get in the act so not only will C-R Kids perform on the Cohoes Music Hall stage.<BR>
