<p class="MsoNormal">Auditions will be held <span class="yshortcuts"><b style=""><span id="lw_1250040811_5"><span class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1251040240_3">September 1</span></span></b></span><b style=""> & 3, 2009 at Zuzu's Cafe, 299 Hamilton Street , Albany , 7:30 PM.</b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Those auditioning are asked to bring a theatrical resume and
photo if possible. They will be required to share their favorite holiday story,
and to read from the script as part of the audition. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Casting all ages, from 7 to 92, for leading and featured
roles. Some lead actors will be required to portray a vast age range in this
production. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>It's A Wonderful Life is the heart-warming saga of <span style="cursor: pointer; background-attachment: scroll;" id="lw_1250040811_6"></span></strong><span class="yshortcuts"><b><span style="border-bottom: 1px dashed rgb(0, 102, 204); cursor: pointer;" class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1251040240_4">George Bailey</span></b></span><strong>, the Everyman
from small town <span style="cursor: pointer;" id="lw_1250040811_7"></span></strong><span class="yshortcuts"><b><span style="border-bottom: 1px dashed rgb(0, 102, 204); cursor: pointer;" class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1251040240_5">Bedford Falls</span></b></span><strong>, whose dreams of
escape and adventure have been repeatedly quashed by duty. It is <span id="lw_1250040811_8"></span></strong><span class="yshortcuts"><b><span class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1251040240_6">Christmas Eve</span></b></span><b>,</b><strong>
and George's <span class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1251040240_7">guardian angel</span>, Clarence, descends to save him from despair, and
to remind him(by showing him what the</strong> <strong>world would be like if
he had never been born) that his life HAS been after all, a wonderful life!</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>This sparkling and magical play has all your
favorite characters: George and Mary, Mother Bailey, Uncle Billy, Violet, and
of course the Scrooge like villain, Mr. Potter. </strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>This show celebrates the American philosophy of
life: that hard work, fair play, and</strong> <strong>the love and support of
family and community will be rewarded</strong>.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Periodic rehearsals will begin in September through October,
with full time rehearsing in November. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Performances will be held at 440 Upstairs at Proctors,
December 4-6, 10-12, & 13, 2009.</p>
