The Valatie Community Theatre is producing a youth production of The Grapes of Wrath over the summer, a play by Frank Galati adapted from the book by John Steinbeck. The rehearsal process will not only focus on presenting a great show, but also on instructing and teaching the cast on effective acting techniques. The showing dates are scheduled for August 19th-22nd.<BR>
The auditions call for all students in high school, entering high school or recently graduating high school. The auditions will be held in the Valatie Community Theatre at 3031 Main Street, Valatie, NY 12184. The audition dates are...<BR>
Sunday June 6th: 12pm-3pm<BR>
Monday June 7th: 5pm-8pm<BR>
Monday June 28th: 5pm-8pm<BR>
Tuesday June 29th: 5pm-8pm<BR>
The auditions are on a walk-in/audition/walk-out basis, so it is not necessary to attend an entire day's audition session. Monologues are not necessary, but if desired one may audition with a monologue in addition to the primary audition process.<BR>
