Play. The play tells the story of a married playwright who blurs the line
between reality and his dramas on the stage as his personal life unravels before
his very eyes. Deeply moving and bitingly funny, Tom Stoppard’s razor
sharp drama brilliantly examines the complex nature of love, art and
reality. </FONT></FONT></P>

face="Times New Roman"> Auditions will consist of cold readings from the
script. <B>The British accents are a must for this show. Please be prepared to
try an accent at auditions</B>. Also, be prepared to list any conflicts you
might have during the rehearsal period at the auditions. Show dates are May 4-6

play, House of Cards. More attractive than Henry but not as clever. Max is
married to Annie.</FONT></P>

face="Times New Roman"> <B>Charlotte (35ish):</B> The lead actress in
Henry’s new play, House of Cards. Very witty and self-assured. Charlotte is
married to Henry.</FONT></P>
<P style="MARGIN: auto 0in" class=msonospacing><FONT size=3
face="Times New Roman"> <B>Henry (40ish):</B> A successful London
playwright. Brilliant with words. Infinitely less brilliant with emotions. Henry
is married to Charlotte and in love with Annie. </FONT></P>

face="Times New Roman"> <B>Annie (30ish):</B> An actress. Much more
comfortable with emotion than words. She is married to Max and in love with
Henry.</FONT></P>

face="Times New Roman"> <B>Debbie (17):</B> Henry and Charlotte’s overly
mature and world-wise seventeen year old daughter.</FONT></P>

face="Times New Roman"> <B>Billy (20-something):</B> An actor who meets
Annie. Young, brash, charming. <U>Needs to be able to do British and Scottish
dialect.</U></FONT></FONT></P>

soldier and political prisoner. Loud, boorish, and not all that political when
