Directed by Karen Christina Jones<br><br>The crazy aspects of love and relationships are examined in Lovers and Other Strangers written by the husband and wife comedy team of Renee Taylor and Joseph Bologna.<br><br></font></div>
<span style="display:inline"><font face="garamond, serif" size="4"><div class="im">The piece, written in five vignettes, outlines the struggles between men and women in regards to love, sex, marriage, and the generation gap during the 1970's. <br>
<br>In the preparation of an upcoming wedding, friends and family of the bride and groom attempt to understand and relate to each other.<br><br><b>The production will be Sunday, October 21st at the East Greenbush Library at 2.00pm.</b><br>
<br>Auditions will be held at the East Greenbush Library on <b>Thursday, August 23rd at 7.00pm and Saturday, August 25th at Noon</b>.<br><b>Please prepare a three minute comic monologue.<br></b><br></div><b><u>People of Color are encouraged to audition</u>.</b><div class="im">

<br>Wilma: (Sister of Susan/Johnny's wife) Late 30's, a strong attractive girl looking for her sexual equality<br>Johnny: 40ish, an ex-Marine losing the battle to maintain his male superiority<br><br>Hal: (Susan's Father/Bernice's Husband) 40-50’s An aging Casanova.<br>
Cathy: (Susan's Aunt/Bernice's Sister) Early 40's, A long waiting mistress trying to fight off spinsterhood.<br><br>Susan: (Bride) Attractive, sensible girl in her early-mid 20's.<br>Mike: (Groom) Late 20' Early 30's, Energetic, open, sensitive.<br>
<br>Frank: (Mike and Richie's father, Bea's husband) 45-55, Strong, stubborn, and old fashioned<br>Bea: Female counterpart to Frank<br>Richie: (Bea and Frank's son/Joan's husband) Mid 20s'-30's, Average looking, introspective.<br>
