</div><div> </div><div> </div><div><span><span>Anna Kroup, a local theatre artist, has not been seen since early Monday morning and is now the subject of a Missing Persons report. She left her home in Waterford sometime before dawn on the morning of February 18, 2013. Anna is 5′ 4″ tall and weighs 115 pounds. She was last seen wearing a brown wool coat and black boots. If you have any information as to where she might have gone, please contact the Waterford Police at 237-3341.</span></span></div>
