It is designed to challenge you to move in new and unconventional ways while allowing performance, musicality, and bringing your own self to your work. Class begins with a set modern & ballet warm-up, focusing on both a good solid stretch and core strengthening. Through the warm-up, floor exercises and combinations students will develop their technque as a foundation. The approach of the class is athletic, and uses breath, weight, focus, and intention to encourage dancers to execute movement with precision and passion. The atmosphere is fast paced, positive, professional and challenging, to promote self-confidence, and allow each student to develop their performance skills in an encouraging environment.</strong></p>
