treatment by the team of Alan Menken<BR>(Beauty and the Beast), Lynn Ahrens
(Ragtime, Seussical) and Mike Okrent (Crazy for You).<BR>This musical adaptation
of a timeless story is told again with a heart warming musical score<BR>that
appeals to all ages.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>The Director seeks a large cast of varying types
and ages, all of whom need to sing and move well.<BR>Production dates are
December 5th ,6th ,7th (matinee and evening), and 8th (matinee).

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Auditioners are asked to sing a memorized non-rock
song (in English) no longer than 1 minute<BR>in length which shows their range.
Please bring sheet music in the appropriate key; a piano<BR>accompanist will be
provided. No singing a capella please. You will be asked to read a
short<BR>passage to determine your ability to interpret and project. This will
be provided at the audition.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV>GRACE SMYTHE, the young daughter of MR. SMYTHE. Accompanies her father to

<DIV>MARLEY JACOB MARLEY, returned from the grave to warn SCROOGE of the

<DIV>MR. FEZZIWIG, a portly, jolly man. A kind-hearted bank-owner who helps
Ebenezer Scrooge get<BR>his start. Later, must ask Scrooge for help and is
turned away.<BR>D#3 - B4 Tenor<BR>While the range for MR. FEZZIWIG is
large, some lines are adjustable, making the range a<BR>little narrower. Please
see the score and listen to the recording of "Fezziwig's Annual<BR>Christmas
Ball" for a better sense of the requirements.</DIV>

<DIV>MR. SYMTHE, recently widowed and left with a young daughter, GRACE. Hopes
