Through the warm-up and across the floor exercises, students will develop their technique as a foundation. New choreography will be taught each class to familiarize students with diverse styles. Routines are often worked on for at least two consecutive classes to allow students to perfect and fine tune the choreography. This also allows for longer combinations resulting in better memory retention. This style is hard hitting, dynamic and fluid.
