Theater season, including <i style>The 25<sup>th</sup>
Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee </i>by William Finn and Rachel Sheinkin,<b style> </b><i style>A
Winter Carnival of New Works (12 new plays in 12 days), Tartuffe</i><b style> </b>by Moliere and <i style>An Iliad</i><b style> </b>by Lisa
Peterson and Denis O’Hare<b style>.<span style>  </span></b>Seeking actors of multiple types and ages
for first three shows; <i style>An Iliad</i> is
already cast.<span style>  </span></span></p>

3-6 p.m.,</b> exact location TBD (inside VAPAVA) and on the <b style>Skidmore College campus on Friday,

prepare one contemporary comedic monologue and two songs from the show for <i style>The 25<sup>th</sup> Annual Putnam Spelling
Bee.</i><span style>  </span>Winter Carnival or Tartuffe
auditions can consist of two monologues (one contemporary and one classic,
please) and part of song sung unaccompanied.</span></p>

the Season</span></u></p>

Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee</span></i></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif"">Rehearsals
begin October 7 and run thereafter Tues-Friday 6:30-10:30 p.m. and Sat-Sun 12-6
p.m<u>.<span style>  </span>Rehearsal scheduling in the
first few weeks can be somewhat flexible based on actor availability and
ability.</u><span style>  </span>Show previews November 6
and opens November 7 and runs through November 30<sup>th</sup>, with
performances Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 2 and 8 p.m., and Sundays at 2
p.m.<span style>  </span>There is a possibility we will add
an additional 2-3 weekday school tour performances to the schedule, prior to
rehearsals starting.<span style>  </span>Directed by David
Andrew Snider; Musical Director Richard Cherry.<span style>

run January 5-14, with performances January 15-February 1, 2015, Thursdays and
Fridays at 8 pm, Saturdays at 2 and 8 pm and Sundays at 2 pm.<span style>  </span></span></p>
