produce five 10-minute plays by teens, for teens, staring teens.</i></b></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Summer 2015 will see the inauguration of Capital Repertory
Theatre’s new <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style:
normal">Summer Stage Young Acting Company</i></b>.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Are you 10-19 years old? Have you always wanted to star on
theREP’s stage? If so, come down to the theatre and audition for theREP’s new <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Young Acting Company</i> on Monday March 30,
2015. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Auditions for the company will take place at theREP, 111
North Pearl Street, from 4-8pm on Monday March 30, 2015. Tuition for the 4-week
program is $960 <b>Do not let tuition stop you from auditioning, theREP has scholarship money available! </b>Scholarship applications may be found online
at <a href="http://www.capitalrep.org">www.capitalrep.org</a>.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Members of the <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Young
Acting Company</i> will receive daily classes in: acting, speech for the stage,
character development and stage movement from professionals in the field.
Members of the company will also be given ample opportunities, including the
performances, to show off – and hone – their skills.</p><p class="MsoNormal">All company members are guaranteed at least 2-speaking roles
from the 5 winning selections of theREP’s new <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:
normal">Young Playwright Contest</i>.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The plays will be professionally produced on theREP’s stage,
with costumes, props and a set designed and built by theREP’s staff. The plays will
be directed by Margaret E. Hall, theREP’s Assistant to the Artistic Director,
who holds an MFA in Theatre Direction from the University of Essex (London,
England).</p><p class="MsoNormal">Company members who choose to, will be given a special
opportunity to have a private audition (before the public audtions take place)
for theREP’s 2015 Production of <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">A
Christmas Story</i>, with Artistic Director Maggie Mancinelli-Cahill – who is
