<u>Individuals cast will play roles such as:</u> <br>

mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt">: an African American high school senior who works
at a local convenient store, he has been hardened by the streets, he is soft
spoken but strong willed and intelligent.<br>
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Martin</b>: an African American high
school senior, Ivy League bound, wealthy.<br>
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Jonathan Sikes</b>: High school student,
about 16, who is convinced he is in the middle of a lucid dream.<br>
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Trevor Gordon</b>: 17 year old high
school student, the school bully.<br>
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Alexavier</b>: a stereotypical Young
Adult novel protagonist, he is very dramatic and over the top.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal">Auditions will take place at theREP, 111 North Pearl Street,
from 10am-12noon on Saturday May 9, 2015.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Members of the <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Young
Acting Company</i> will receive daily classes in: acting, speech for the stage,
character development and stage movement from professionals in the field.
Members of the company will also be given ample opportunities, including the
performances, to show off – and hone – their skills.</p><p class="MsoNormal">All company members are guaranteed at least 2-speaking roles
from the 5 winning selections of theREP’s new <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:
normal">Young Playwright Contest</i>. </p><p class="MsoNormal">The plays will be professionally produced on theREP’s stage,
with costumes, props and a set designed and built by theREP’s staff. The plays will
be directed by Margaret E. Hall, theREP’s Assistant to the Artistic Director,
who holds an MFA in Theatre Direction from the University of Essex (London,
England).</p><p class="MsoNormal">Company members who choose to, will be given a special opportunity
to have a private audition (before the public audtions take place) for theREP’s
2015 Production of <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">A Christmas Story</i>,
with Artistic Director Maggie Mancinelli-Cahill – who is also the director of
