Designed specifically for advanced dancers who are ready to be challenged! With limited class size and an inspiring setting, dancers will enjoy the individualized attention and unique approach of our various instructors. Dance industry professionals will lead
students in different styles of dance, and students will learn choreography from Broadway musicals throughout the week. A mixture of music, dialogue, dance/movement, song and story, <b class="">Broadway Dance</b> is ideal for building a solid dance foundation
for musical theatre, as well as learning to be comfortable on stage.</div>

an AEA-SAG-AFTRA professional dancer, singer, actress, choreographer, and teaching artist in NYC. Some of her favorite credits include: Mary Poppins (Disney 1st Nat'l Broadway Tour), Dreamgirls: The 25th Anniversary starring Jennifer Holliday (Atlanta-TOTS), Broadway
Bares (NYC), BRAZZ Dance Company (Europe), Rolling Stones: A Tribute (NYC), The Wiz (Hangar Theatre), Once on This Island (off-off Broadway), 6years/1day (2015 premier of original piece @ SUNY Geneseo), On the red carpet: dance segments (BET), Dancing with
the Stars(ABC), and The Conan O'Brien Show (NBC). Kiara is currently a Teaching Artist and Choreographer for the Disney Theatrical Group in NYC. She teaches hundreds of children and adults Broadway choreography and music from The Lion King, Aladdin, Newsies,
and Mary Poppins. Her job also includes Arts and Education residencies and outreach in several schools throughout New York. Aside from her work at Disney, Kiara serves as a choreographer and education liaison for Aubrey Lynch's Extra Essential Arts (ALEEArts)
in collaboration with the Jazz at Lincoln Center program. Most recently collaborating on a concert with Winton Marsalis and his Jazz Ensemble. Kiara holds a B.A. in International Relations, with a Dance Minor (SUNY Geneseo) and a M.F.A. in Dance/Choreography,
with a Musical Theatre concentration (Smith College). </span>
