will be asked to read scenes from the play. </span></p>

sides from the script will be provided.</span></p>

four roles require an Irish accent.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.5pt;font-family:'Lucida Grande'">ANTHONY
REILLY  Age 40-45  A farmer in Mullingar, Ireland.  He raises sheep, cows and crops on the family
farm.  Never married.  If it is possible to be practical and a
dreamer at the same time, Anthony has done it.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.5pt;font-family:'Lucida Grande'"> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.5pt;font-family:'Lucida Grande'">TONY
REILLY  Age 72-ish.  Anthony’s father.  Has lived on the Reilly family farm his
entire life.  Irascible, a bit lazy, and
very resistant to change.  </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.5pt;font-family:'Lucida Grande'"> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.5pt;font-family:'Lucida Grande'">ROSEMARY
MULDOON  Age 35-40  Farm’s the neighboring land.  Was once quite beautiful, but her star is
fading. . . and she knows it.  Strong and
stubborn like her father, who (at the top of the play) has recently passed
away.   She is in love with Anthony.   </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.5pt;font-family:'Lucida Grande'"> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.5pt;font-family:'Lucida Grande'">AOIFE
MULDOON  Mid-70s.  Rosemary’s mother.  Very loyal and devoted to her husband, who
has recently died.  But she gets a kick
out of her neighbors, Anthony and Tony. 
Used to being smarter than all the men “in charge” around her – and this
doesn’t upset her, just amuses her. </span></p>
