Center for the Arts and Education will hold open auditions for its fall production
of Rick Elice’s <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Peter and the Starcatcher</i>
rehearsing weeknights & Saturdays September 12 – October 7 and performing October
8th-23rd (Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30pm, Saturdays & Sundays at 2pm). </span></strong></p>
<p>Initial auditions will be held <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Wednesday,
July 27 from 5pm–7pm</b> in the Board Room in Hubbard Hall’s Beacon Feed/Studio
Building (the room all the way to the left). Actors should prepare two
monologues, one contemporary and one classic (at least one comedic), and part
of a song to be sung a Capella. Sides from the show will be provided and actors
may be paired with scene partners at the audition. Familiarity with the script
is highly recommended. We are looking for 8-10 performers to cover all roles
and will likely do some cross-gender casting. </p>
