She is taken into custody by police and interrogated by newly-appointed magistrate Paul Sevigne. Rather than immediately assume her guilt, Sevigne sees something in the girl that doesn't quite add up. He believes her to be innocent, despite her ridiculous attempts to confess. As he continues with his interrogation, bringing in the girl's employer, his wife and others, the hilarious twists and turns keep coming as Sevigne becomes determined to identify the true murderer.</div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,51);"><br></div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,51);">Cast of Characters</div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,51);"><br></div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,51);">Paul Sevigne (30-45) - Examining Magistrate.
