<p style="margin: 0px 0px 1.8em"><em style="font-style: italic">For beginning or experienced actors, this in-depth class will teach you how to create a believable character from the inside-out, how to relax and concentrate in front of an audience or camera,
successful techniques for auditioning, the easy (and correct!) way to learn lines, and much more. Semester concludes with a final performance where students demonstrate what they’ve been working on, and friends and family are welcome. Instructor Jon South
studied acting at the Empire State Institute for the Performing Arts and at the Herbert Berghof Studio in New York City. Over the past 30 years, he has acted in film, radio, and television, and in numerous plays and musicals throughout community theaters,
as well as with Capital Repertory, C-R Productions at Cohoes Music Hall, and Hudson Stageworks. This spring, he can be seen in season two of the hit web series comedy “Welcome Home.”</em></p>
