We follow Mac as he trains for a title bout that could jump start his career as a professional boxer. Two weeks prior to the fight, Mac begins having hallucinations of his estranged, abusive father. Mac knows he must confront his father and clear his mind if he's to give the upcoming fight all he's got.</i></div><div><i><br></i></div><div><i>STILL CASTING THE ROLE OF:</i></div><div><div><b>POPS (50+ African-American) | Mac's biological father</b></div><div><i>Pops is an incredibly bitter and cruel man. Consumed by his own trauma and shortcomings, he spent much of Mac's childhood abusing the child physically and emotionally. Pops is responsible for pushing Mac to take up boxing and establish unrelenting discipline. </i></div><div><i>**The actor cast must be able to portray Pops as 50-65 as well as 75+**</i></div><div><i><br></i></div><div><i>**</i><b>Auditions on Sat March 30th from 11:00am to 2:00pm at the Albany Public Library Community Room</b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div><div><b>**Shooting in June and July of 2019**<i> Mac is already cast</i></b></div><div><b><i><br></i></b></div><div><i><b>First shoot dates are set for June 8th and 9th at an Albany boxing gym. These dates will require Pops and Roger but not Lorena.
