the Pine Hills branch of Albany Public Library. <br>
All ages and skill levels are welcome and encouraged to attend! Beginners to pros. Come play. Come get challenged. Come be joyful. <br>
Dress to move. Especially shoes. Bring water and if you need, a snack. <br>
Even if you never have played, give it a try. Spolin- based Improv helps you strengthen and trust your intuition. Learn to just jump in. Learn to embrace failure and discomfort. Learn to laugh at and with yourself and others. <br>
This work is valuable. For actors,for improvisers, for public speakers, for parents, for bus drivers. You name it. <br>
