I am working with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention and the National Association for Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD)<br class="ContentPasted0">

Looking to interview young women who were the first people in their family to learn they have a genetic risk for breast or ovarian cancer and who took on the responsibility of sharing that information with other family members. Also, looking for young women
that are survivors who were diagnosed and went through treatment. <br class="ContentPasted0">
<br class="ContentPasted0">
We have a great opportunity to share your story nationally to help other people with these conversations. These interviews are about genetic risk and about your experiences sharing this hereditary risk information with other family members.

The age range presently is 18-45. The age of diagnosis should be 40 or under; a little younger or older okay. African American, Hispanic, Asian, or other woman of color, and Caucasian. Also, Ashkenazi Jewish descent.

Preferably women local to NYC, Long Island, Upstate NY, PA, NJ, CT or reasonably further.

Initial phone call or Facetime to meet.</span></p>
