kids aged 9 to 14 years.</span></p>

<span class="ContentPasted0" style="font-weight:400;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;margin:0px;text-decoration:none">Let’s encourage our kids to become poets, writers and playwrights! Yes, we need Actors, Directors, Stage Managers, Designers
and Crew members in the world…But without Writers, there wouldn’t be any jobs for those people! So, we are asking for kids aged 9 to 14 years to write and submit their own pieces (poems, monologues, a skit, a song, etc…). Any theme or subject appropriate for
the same age group is welcomed. Monologues and skits must be no longer than five (5) minutes. Poems and Songs must be no longer than three (3) minutes. </span></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 1.295; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;">
<span class="ContentPasted0" style="font-weight:400;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;margin:0px;text-decoration:none">Pieces selected will be performed in our June 2024 Youth Theatre production, also for kids aged 9 to 14 years, alongside a longer,
professionally written play. Some pieces may also be edited/workshopped with BTTUNY teaching artists, with the writer’s consent and collaboration, before the production.</span></p>
