<p style="text-align: left; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="letter-spacing: normal; font-family: HelveticaNeue; font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-weight: 400;">The ASM will be responsible for assisting the Production Stage Manager and Director
in activities related to the assigned show. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></p>

the smooth execution of the performances. </span></p>
