<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Old English Text MT';">The Hudson River Shakespeare Company </span>will hold auditions for its fall production of <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">The Weir</em></strong><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"> </em>by Conor McPherson,<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"> </em></strong>on Wednesday, August 21, at 7 pm at the United Methodist Church, 227 Main Street, Hudson Falls.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>No previous experience or prepared material is necessary however it is important to be on time.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Parts are available for four men and one woman.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Flexible casting is possible.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The play begins as local men at a pub in rural Ireland try to impress a young woman from Dublin with their stories of the supernatural.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>The tables turn when she shares a tale of her own.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: -.25in;"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Rehearsals for this production will take place 6 pm to 9 pm, Monday through Thursday, September 9 – October 3.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>There will be four performances: two evening performances on October 4 and 5 at 8:00 PM and two matinees on October 5 and 6 at 2:00 PM at The Strand Theatre, Hudson Falls.</p>
