It blends vocabulary and history of : classical ballet, Russian Ballet

technique, British RAD ballet and American ballet styles together

with elements of Graham ,Ailey and other modern dance idioms.

The teacher danced professionally across the USA.

wear stretchy clothing and be prepared to go barefoot.

Hair must be off the face if it is long enough to touch it must

be back in a scarf, bun or other style that will not interfere with
