This is the RPI Players' annual night of one-act plays.  This year will
feature:

 

MIRROR, MIRROR (Cast: 5m, 3f) 

Written by Bruce Kane

Directed by Christopher Diorio; Assistant Directed by Jacob Brode

 

Beauty is only skin deep, but for Sleeping Beauty and her Stepmother, that's
the only thing in the world that really matters.  In a modern retelling of
the classic fairy tale, filled with charming princes, magic spells, and
back-talking mirrors, gorgeous is the only way to be.


LONDON SUITE (Cast: 2m, 2f)

Written by Neil Simon

Directed by Alexander Nelson and Christopher Guyon

 

Two men argue over an unsettled debt.  A daughter tries to convince her
mother its time to move on after her father's death.  Both happen in the
same London suite, in these two excerpts from Neil Simon's classic play.

 

TALK RADIO (Cast: 4m, 1f, Others) 

Written by Eric Bogosian

Directed by David Love

 

Shock-jock Barry Champlain has just been told that late-night talk show is
about to be broadcast nationally.  Sit down and listen in for an hour of
intense political commentary, as Barry pushes the boundaries of good taste
and good sense.
