The Heiress adapted by Augustus and Ruth Goetz from Henry James' short psychological novel Washington Square (1880) became a successful Tony-winning Broadway play (1947) starring Wendy Hiller, and then an equally successful Oscar-winning movie (1949) starring Olivia de Havilland, Montgomery Clift and Ralph Richardson.  Now come see it brought to life again by Schenectady Civic's  local talented cast of area performers.  One performance only:
