As part of the 
"Upstate Independents Filmmaker Lecture Series", 
actors and educators David Bunce and Yvonne Perry will teach a two-part class in Acting Basics and Improvisation.

All lectures will take place at The Linda - WAMC’s Performing Arts Theater. 
Central Avenue, Albany
Class will run from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 

Monday 6/29 and Tuesday 6/30. 


Fees for each 2-night lecture will be $25 for Upstate Independents members and $30 for non-members.


Payments must be in cash or check and paid at the door.

(Students must be 18 or older - please wear comfortable clothes!)

David Bunce has been a professional actor and acting teacher for 25 years. He has worked in regional theatre, Off Broadway, toured to Europe, Russia and the Mid East and in Film, Television and Radio. He is resident fight choreographer and a Teacher/ Actor for NYSTI, an adjunct acting teacher at Russell Sage College and taught at SUNY Albany, SCCC and the Cucumber Alley Firehouse. David is an Actor/ Combatant in the Society of American Fight Directors and a proud member of Actors Equity (AEA). Screen credits as actor include Aftermath with Anthony Michael Hall and Chris Penn, Arachnia for Edgewood Studios, Nate Dogg for Damage Films, American General for Talon Films and Disoriented for Pinatubo Films. Yvonne Perry has been a professional actress for over 20 years, working in the fields of theatre, television, film and radio.  She is an active member of Screen Actors Guild (SAG), Actors Equity (AEA), and The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA).    She has been teaching for over ten years, leading classes in Scene Study, Improvisation and Theatre History.   Yvonne has been an adjunct professor in the Theatre Department of UAlbany since 1999.  She has also taught and directed at Siena College, and spent a year as a Visiting Guest Artist at Union College.  Yvonne coaches privately in her home, and will be teaching a new class this fall at UAlbany titled “How To Be A Working Actor” - which will focus on how to market yourself as an acting professional.  www.yvonneperry.com
