Beginning the eve of June 18, LA's Jed Mills (Obie Award winner) will conduct an Intensive Weekend Workshop for Actors, Stand-up Comics, Writers and Talent who want to enhance their Improv skills and their careers! This class is a rare and unique opportunity for local talent to study Improv with Jed Mills, winner for his work in the critically acclaimed Improvisation Theater Company, “War Babies,” the first improv group to ever improvise on national television, both on HBO’s Best Bets and then on their own show entitled War Babies on A&E. 

Jed has over thirty years working with actors at Harvard, Los Angeles Community College, The Screen Actors Guild Conservatory, and the Academy of Performing and Visual Art at UCLA. Informal sessions will also focus on building self confidence among other skills! 

Jed has coached many celebrities including Carrie Fisher (Princess Lea) and Paul Reubens (Pee-Wee Herman). The class fee for 24+ hours of instruction is only $295 -- a fraction of what West Coast Talent pays for this caliber of training!  A deposit check of half is required to hold a seat.

Please note:  this is the only class Jed will be teaching on the East Coast; he's moving back to LA in August.  

 

Classes will be held in Saratoga and times are:  Thursday, 6-10:00 p.m.; Friday, 6-10:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Monday, 7:00 p.m. show followed by wine and cheese reception!  Follow-up workshops may be scheduled at no additional cost to students!


Students who wish to continue performing will be scheduled to perform at an upscale, professional dinner/show club.
