CLT to present premiere staged reading of new play      JOHNSTOWN ---- The New Play Festival at Colonial Little Theatre continues Friday and Saturday, Dec. 4 and 5 with the premiere staged reading of "Prospect Trace" by Serge Patentreger of Albany.     The two-act drama will be presented at 8 p.m. at the 1 Colonial Court playhouse. For further information: Wally Truesdell, 725-3886, or wtruesdell at nycap.rr.com.     In "Prospect Trace," Mary Longo runs a boarding house in Brooklyn during the sixties, with the help of Abner, her loyal and trusted jack of all trades. The tenants are a varied lot, including Edward, a disillusioned war veteran; and Emily, an elderly lady who believes she's the queen of England and wants to be treated as such. Ezra, an optimistic young student, studies the whole scene as if it were part of the play he is writing. Ronnie is Mary's lover and the  object of suspicion and scorn by the other tenants.     The arrival of a new tenant, Rachel, a pretty young mwoman, drastically alters the dynamic of Prospect Trace. Tensions, quietly simmering for a long time, rise to the surface. Mary, faced with new realities, has to choose between her love for Ronnie and her loyalty to the other tenants. Ronnie's reckless behavior and Emily's innocent actions bring the conflict to a head and contribute to its resolution. The cast includes: Linda Sova as Mary; Michael Terrell as Ronnie; Bob Scheldt as Edward; Pam Broiles as Rachel; Roz Melita as Emily; Richard Romano as Ezra, and Homer Charbonneau as Abner. The director is Cheryl Charbonneau.
