Santa's Magical Adventure

Much is to be said about the value of planning, however, there is also the
axiom about the best-laid plans going awry. After the loss of an actor due
to illness, Jerry Gretzinger has stepped in to lend his many talents to the
role of Santa.

Santa is getting ready to embark on his holiday voyage with the elves
preparing the magic dust that allows him to visit every child on the planet
in a single night. Then something goes wrong, a disgruntled elf uses too
much of it and Santa is whisked away. He goes through a series of
adventures trying to return to the present. The key to bringing him back
turns out to be both an act of kindness at each stop, and the rendition of a
Christmas Carol.

The show features WRGB news anchor Jerry Gretzinger in the title role of
Santa with Steamer No.10 regulars Suzie Dunn and Angela Potrikus as two of
his elves. Musical accompaniment is provided by pianist Alan Thomson,
Santa's Magical Adventure was written and directed by Ric Chesser.
