To keep her mother from trying to fix her up with "nice Jewish boys," Sarah (played by Sara Fittizzi) invents the perfect boyfriend.  When her parents insist on meeting him, Sarah hires an actor, Bob, (played by Randy McConnach) to pretend to be her "beau."  Although the plan works flawlessly for a time, Bob quickly realizes that he has gotten himself into much more than he bargained for.  But the charismatic Bob rises to the occasion, and the antics that follow are only the beginning of a side-splitting tale that will have you rolling in the aisles.  Other Capital District actors rounding out the Beau Jest cast are David Hammer, Joe Phillips, Mark Todaro and Susan Katz.
