Schenectady  Theater for Children Presents!...... 
Yes You Can….  Perform!!!  
Here is  the chance you have been waiting and asking for!   Become a part 
of the cast or  technical crew for the 
Schenectady Theater for Children’s 2010  summer camp production of : 
 

Kenneth  Grahame’s 
The Reluctant  Dragon 
**All  sessions will be held in the STC Studio  at  the   
Rotterdam  Square Mall…. 
next door  to the Sears concourse entrance  
*In the  space of two short weeks you will learn how a knight, a boy, and a 
dragon became  friends.  *You will  master the art of maypole dancing.  *If 
you  like to act and sing…here’s your chance…*if you’d  like to find out 
how to operate stage lighting, scenery, or sound equipment, now you can! 
For ages 8 to  14 
Dates:   
Rehearsals: Monday thru  Friday; 
Aug 16th through Aug 27th  2010 
Time:    9:30 am til 1:30  pm 
Students  will need to bring their    
own  lunch! 
Performance: 
Saturday August 28th  2010               
Time TBA 
Cost:  $250.00  per student for two week session 
Space is limited

Maeve Leonard  McEneny 
When not directing the summer program for   
STC, Maeve McEneny can be found teaching   
middle and high school English in  Albany. 
Whenever possible, she finds a way  to 
incorporate drama into her lesson plans.   
Maeve graduated Siena College in 2006     
where she majored in English and  Theater. 
She apprenticed with the New York  Stage 
and Film’s Powerhouse Program at Vassar   
College in  2005.

The less a  child is exposed to the 
arts, the  more it shows.  
Therefore,  the mission of The Schenectady Theater for 
Children  is to inspire children in the creative and performing arts…
whether it be as an  audience member, or with the satisfaction and  confidence 
that comes  along with achieving an artistic ability or a social  goal.
