Confetti Stage brings Albany stage premiere of The Boxcar Children.
 
Confetti Stage, Inc, Theatre Without Limits, is pleased to announce its 33rd production, The Boxcar Children, based on the novels by Gertrude Chandler Warner and adapted for stage by Barbara Field.
 
 
 
Mr. Barry Streifert makes his theatrical directing debut with Confetti Stage’s production of The Boxcar Children.
The Story:
Orphaned and in danger of being sent to different foster homes, the Alden children run away and make their home in an abandoned railroad boxcar. Pursued by the authorities and a mysterious stranger, the children discover the rewards and perils of life on the run in the depression era, as well as the joys of keeping their family together. 
The Boxcar Children features: Kara Di Caterino, Marty Egan, Cindy Elsenbeck, Stephen Henel, Zack Marshall, Casey-Anne Morris, Tyler Peteli, and Jessie Tobin.
 
The Boxcar Children runs the following dates and times:
            Friday,           March 19, 2010                    7:30pm
Saturday,      March 20, 2010                    1:00pm & 4:30pm
            Sunday,        March 21, 2010                    1:00pm
            Friday,           March 26, 2010                    7:30pm
            Saturday,      March 27, 2010                    1:00pm & 4:30pm
            Sunday,        March 28, 2010                    1:00pm
 
All performances will be take place at Confetti Stage at The Albany Masonic Hall, 4th Floor Theater, 67 Corning Place, Downtown Albany, New York 12207.
