[Capdist-announce] Sand Lake Center for the Arts presents local rock band, Blue Factory, in concert - Sept. 10

Local rock band Blue Factory will perform at the Sand Lake Center for the Arts on Fri., Sept. 10 at 7:30pm.  The band, from West Sand Lake and Poestenkill, includes Jim Temple & Jim Crawley - guitar & vocals; Mike Hayes -bass & vocals; and Joe Crawley - drums. They recently won the honor of opening Troy's "Rockin' on the River" concert series. Blue Factory will be playing songs from their recent CD "Limekiln" (check it out on itunes). Come out and support our local songwriters! Open to all ages, but it may be too loud for small children and people with low tolerance for noisy rock and roll. Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for youth under 18. Reservations can be made at 518-674-2007 or www.slca-ctp.org.

Sand Lake Center for the Arts - Circle Theatre Players,
is a not for profit community arts center
The Center is a renovated, historically significant 1835 church
with a fully equipped open performing space for theatrical productions, 
community meetings, concerts, workshops and classes; and is available for rent.
The light-filled Gallery boasts original stained glass windows 
and exhibits artists' work throughout the year. 
The Gallery and Cafe are open one hour prior to events.
Volunteer opportunities abound and can be yours by contacting 
Executive Director, Debra Roy at info at slca-ctp.org. 

The Center is air conditioned, handicapped accessible and has free parking.
